Less Than Weekly Rentals

Are you looking for a vacation rental for less than a week?  Are you having a hard time finding a property that does not exclusively rent from Saturday to Saturday?  Lake Michigan Cottages has the solution for you! 

Every year we add more homes that will allow less than weekly rentals. These are homes that will rent in the summer season for less than seven nights, with a minimum rental of three nights.  We hope you find this information helpful in finding the exact home for the exact dates you want! 

The easiest way to find a rental home that rents less than a week is to call our office and talk to one of our reservation specialist for an up to date list of homes that are available during your time frame.  Alternatively you can search on our website by your dates and run a rate quote in our "Rates and Availability" tab.  Our online search will require a little more patience as it is set up for weekly online bookings.

Q: Do I have to check in on a certain day for less than week rentals?
A: No, our less than week homes allow any day check in with a 3 day minimum booking.

Q: Can I still rent these homes for a week?
A: Yes you can book any length of stay of more than 3 nights.  There is a rate discount starting at a seven days stay.

Q: If I look online, how will I know it is or is not a less than weekly home?
A: Our reservation system will only allow quote requests for stays less than a week.  Other requests will display with an error.

Q: Do you ever rent weekly homes for less than the minimum 7 nights?
A: When we have a home that has open dates that are within 10 days of your arrival we do consider a less than weekly stay, however many factors come into play and it is always best to call.
